Delete Account Request

If you want to delete your RBN Global account and associated personal data, please submit a deletion request by email.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to rbn.global.co@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account details in the email body so we can identify your account.

Account details to include

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile number
  • Chapter/business name (if applicable)
  • Any other identifying information linked to your account

What happens after your request

  • We verify your identity and account ownership.
  • Once verified, we initiate deletion of your account and associated personal data from active systems.
  • We send a confirmation email after the request is processed.

Some limited information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.

Applicable platforms

This process applies to both the RBN Global website and the Android app (WebView), as both use the same account system.
